Dr. Samana Fazel graduated from King’s College London in 2009 and commenced her career in a mixed (NHS & Private) practice.

She further honed her skills at the Royal London Hospital in the Oral and Maxillofacial department, before establishing herself in a dynamic London practice and as a specialist oral surgeon in Essex.

In 2024, Samana took the helm as Principal Dentist at Thame Dental Care, where she is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in oral surgery and implants.

Beyond dentistry, she enjoys playing football, beekeeping, travelling and the quest for the perfect coffee.

Dr. Kousari qualified from King's College London in 2012, and has worked in private practice since 2017. He believes in providing high-quality preventative dentistry in a caring manner.

He also has a special interest in Endodontics having completed an MSc in this subject from Queen Mary University of London.

Outside of work he is a keen sportsman playing football, badminton, golf, and snooker.

Dr Hatem Algraffee has been a specialist for over 19 years. He dedicates his time as a specialist periodontist and postgraduate lecturer teaching dentists.

He continues to promote a holistic approach of assessing health risk factors directly related and associated with gum disease.

His other passion is clinical regeneration of lost gum/tooth bone (infrabony defects) and lost gum tissue (recession).

Hatem now dedicates his time to Periodontics in private practice. He teaches, coaches and mentors postgraduate dentists in the field of Periodontics (Gum assessment and treatment) both throughout the UK and abroad.

About Jon

Jonathan graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2011, and has worked in NHS and private practices as well as urgent care centres across the country. He has as also served as a Dentist for the RAF and Army.

Jonathan has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, including whitening, crowns, veneers and composites. Additionally, he is currently studying towards a postgraduate diploma in Oral Surgery.

His friendly approach means he always endeavours to put patients at ease, making their visit as comfortable as possible.

In his spare time, Jonathan loves spending time with his wife Mel and young son Henry. He also enjoys relaxing by watching movies or a gripping series and appreciates a good pint with friends.

Outside of work Lottie is an avid skier and loves hitting the slopes. Lottie also loves baking, going to the gym and socialising with friends.

Sarah qualified from Teesside University in 2013 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy BA (Hons). With over 11 year's experience Sarah prides herself on giving high quality care with a personalised touch.

Helping patients have quality care and a positive experience is at the heart of what she does. She will work with you to improve your oral health and provide you the educational tools to give you a fantastic smile. Sarah offers Dental Hygiene visits via Direct access and through the practice.

Sarah also offers Air Polish as an extra treatment to brighten your smile and lift stains.

In her spare time Sarah loves to keep her hands busy by doing Stained Glass Craft, as well as taking long walks with her dog and her family.
